Our Stabilized Black Ash Burl is an all-time favorite blank! It has beautiful eyes and may contain a contrasting dark brown to a light blond grain. Stabilization is a process that impregnates the wood with special resins and transforms it into an ideal turning blank. The finished turnings have a vibrant grain and a surface with a brilliant and durable shine.
